How to configure inbound routes?
Inbound Routes are used to determine the destinations of incoming calls of different time (i.e. office hour, non-office hour, and holiday). The steps of configuration are as below:
Step 1: Select “Inbound Call Control”->”Inbound Routes”, click “Add Inbound Route”
Step 2: In the “Add Inbound Route” page, select the trunks that you prefer for this route and then select different destinations for incoming calls of different time (see Figure 5-2).
